SPC are offering 15 minute free assessments during February, where you can receive a professional, confidential one-to-one session with a HPC registered physiotherapist.

You will get advice on managing your condition along with specific exercises, where appropriate, to get you back on track.

There is no obligation to carry on with further treatment thereafter.

Richard has worked in various settings in the UK, and has also spent a year working in a private practice in Australia.  He has completed courses in running and cycling biomechanics and is a keen cyclist and tri-athlete.
