SPC are now offering custom-made moulded Orthotics!

Suitable to treat a wide range of conditions including low back pain, rheumatoid arthritis and diabetic foot problems. Also treat various foot conditions including Plantar Fascitis, Metatarsalgia, Flat feet, Dropped arches, Overpronation and Heel pain.

Orthotics can help to correct biomechanical issues that can cause shin pain, shin splints, achilles tendinitis, knee pain & hip pain.

Due to popular demand SPC are continuing to offer FREE 15 minute appointments!

Have you got an ache or pain that isn’t going away?
Are you avoiding activities for fear of something hurting?

SPC are offering a free 15 minute assessment, where you can receive a professional, confidential one-to-one session with a HPC registered physiotherapist.

You will get advice on managing your condition along with specific exercises, where appropriate, to get you back on track.

There is no obligation to carry on with further treatment thereafter.

New Physiotherapist at SPC: Richard Smith MCSP

Richard Smith has joined the team at SPC, running clinics on Monday and Wednesday Evenings.

Richard has worked in various settings in the UK, and has also spent a year working in a private practice in Australia. He has completed courses in running and cycling biomechanics and is a keen cyclist and tri-athlete.

If you have a sports injury that you need sorting, or if you need a biomechanical assessment to help with your running gait, or if you’re looking for performance enhancement of your cycling, Richard is able to help!
