- Have you got an ache or pain that isn’t going away?
- Are you avoiding activities for fear of something hurting?
- Do you think physiotherapy might help but aren’t sure?
SPC are offering 15 minute free assessments during February, where you can receive a professional, confidential one-to-one session with a HPC registered physiotherapist.
You will get advice on managing your condition along with specific exercises, where appropriate, to get you back on track.
There is no obligation to carry on with further treatment thereafter.
